Abia gov. tussle: Gov. Ikpeazu wins at Court of Appeal

The Abuja division of Court of Appeal has set aside the nullification of election of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State by Federal High Court, Abuja.

The appellate court said Justice Okon Abang displayed bias in the handling of the suit filed against the election of Ikpeazu by Uche Ogah.

The court also faulted the adoption of originating summons to decide the case.

The ruling was the third judgment in the appeals and counter appeals filed against Justice Abang 27, June, 2016 judgment.  The panel is delivering the fourth judgment now.
